Co-Founder / Chief Executive Officer
Aneri is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of NovoHeight, a global B2B service marketplace tailored for the insurance sector. As CEO, she drives the strategic direction, innovation, and growth of the platform, ensuring it seamlessly connects insurance companies with top consulting firms.
With over nine years of consulting experience in the Life & Pensions sector, Aneri has guided leading insurers like Aviva, Zurich, Canada Life, and Exeter. Her expertise includes product launches, process enhancements, automation, model validation, Solvency regulation, and data science, driven by her passion for AI and predictive modelling.
Aneri holds an MSc in Actuarial Science from the University of Kent. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she embraces adventure, cherishes family time, and continuously seeks personal growth. Her unique blend of actuarial expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and forward-thinking mindset positions her as a transformative leader shaping the future of the financial services industry.
Rishav Bajaj
Co-Funder/ Chief Finance Officer
Rishav Bajaj a co-founder and CFO NovoHeight. Rishav is known for his bold leadership and his passion for the company’s mission to simplify and enhance the process of finding and managing consulting services. That passion stems from his early career years spent consulting with Deloitte, and he is committed to building a sustainable, high-performing business that delivers on that mission in ever-bigger ways.
Rishav is an entrepreneur and has co-founded a consultancy company called AInsurCo, which has an annual revenue of over £2m. In this role, he has led the expansion of AInsurCo’s offerings to attract and serve sophisticated insurance companies who wanted to streamline their business processes.
Before starting AInsurCo, Rishav was a consultant with Deloitte. He began his career as an actuary in AXA UK after earning a MSc. In Actuarial Science from the University of Kent, U.K.
Neha Agarwal

Neha Agarwal is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of NovoHeight, a global B2B service marketplace that connects businesses with top consulting firms. As COO, Neha oversees operations, strategic planning, and the implementation of innovative solutions to ensure a seamless and efficient user experience on the platform.
With a background as an actuary and extensive experience in the technology sector, Neha has a proven track record in developing advanced solutions for complex business challenges. Prior to NovoHeight, Neha co-founded AInsurCo, a consulting company specialising in innovative solutions for the insurance industry.
Neha’s leadership and expertise have earned her recognition as a finalist in several prestigious awards. Her dedication to excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity drives NovoHeight’s mission to simplify and enhance the process of finding and managing consulting services, fostering growth and success for businesses worldwide.
Cezar-Costin Pirvu
Co-Founder / Chief Technology Officer
Cezar-Costin Pirvu is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of NovoHeight, a global B2B service marketplace. As CTO, Cezar-Costin spearheads the technological strategy and development, ensuring the platform delivers cutting-edge solutions for connecting insurance companies with top consulting firms.
With a degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Digital Media Engineering, Cezar-Costin has built a robust foundation for his career in the tech industry. His journey began in London, where he gained invaluable experience as a software developer, quickly rising to senior and lead developer roles. He eventually became a Software Development Manager, empowering teams to deliver high-quality work.
Cezar-Costin’s extensive experience and passion for innovation led to the co-founding of NovoHeight. Known for his collaborative approach, he ensures successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Beyond his professional achievements, Cezar-Costin has a deep passion for ancient classical history and science fiction, fueling his imaginative approach to technology and problem-solving. His blend of technical expertise, leadership, and client-focused mindset makes him a distinguished figure in software development and technology management.
